Climate change progress 'too slow'...!!!

Climate change progress 'too slow'

By Helen Briggs BBC Environment correspondent, Bonn, Germany

Scientists say ambitious action is needed to avert the most severe impacts of climate change.

So far, more than 30 countries have pledged to limit emissions of greenhouse gases, with around 150 smaller countries yet to set goals.

Analysis suggests these do not go far enough to keep global warming below 2C.

Environmental groups point to key developments outside of the negotiations that are adding momentum towards Paris.

They include moves by business, such as Ikea giving $1bn to expand renewable energy and climate adaptations in developing countries.

G7 leaders have also signalled the need for action with a call for greenhouse gas emissions cuts and a move towards a low carbon future.

...i put a candle inside a big glass fish bowl...! was fine until i put the candle on a table and the bowl over it...!

...the sight was amazing...! the candle flame went out quite slowly, then all of a sudden...! fish aquarium, only uses an air bubble pump, and the water gets quite dirty with 3 of them in there...!
...i do not have the money for the filtering system...! and could not be bothered...! these fish seem to manage well with plenty of mixed in "free oxygen and air"...!
...i feed them 3 times a day, and most dirt hits bottom, though they sift through it for food...!
...we use tap water with some anti chlorine, and bingo...! after some evaporation, i refill with direct tap water...!
...we change the water not earlier than every 3 months more or less...! amazing...!
